My denim jacket has been a staple in my wardrobe, although my style has changed over the years, it’ll stay with me because of the memories attached to it. Over the 8 years of owning it, it has been patched up and embroidered to repair it and make it more individual to me. It could be said that I’ve stitched memories to the garment through these processes.
