The Story Of Liverpool Through Its Trees
About This Project

This tree is located in Sefton Park towards Aigburth Road entrance

I work on behalf of the family courts of a weekend providing contact with children and their non-residential parent. I take children to this Tree to climb do a snake hunt (rubber snakes) or just be underneath it.

I explain that I know one of the best Trees in the park. it’s magical,  it fell over but still continued to grow. Some children because of the way the tree is staggered like to climb it. Other children like to be under the centre of it and say wow.

In a recent contact  a Father planted rubber snakes in the bushes and this was used to hunt snakes. I have taken a few adults to the tree also and we have admired it as a work of art.
