Portal

This picture was made in Tokyo on a cold and dark night looking through the window of a  restaurant which was acting as shelter from the wind.

When I glanced out of the window, this lady and I was taken with how it looks as though she’d emerged from a portal. Her dress and the weeping willow blow in the wind as if the wind is coming from the portal itself.

Zephyr

This shot is from a perfect summer’s day in West Zealand, Denmark when on a trip to the beach. Whilst walking along the jetty, the serenity was momentarily interrupted by a short-lived zephyr which provided momentary respite from the heat.
