I identify as a lesbian, I’m 24 and live in Anfield! 

I honestly love this city, the people here are so kind and nothing beats being home. There is nowhere else I’d rather call home, I can never be away for too long. The community in Liverpool is so welcoming, and there are a lot of opportunities to be a part of LGBTQ+ spaces here! I definitely think Liverpool’s community is loud and proud. 

I would just like to give a special mention to the Young Homotopia project run by Ashleigh  Owens!  Without this group, I would not feel as confident or safe in my sexuality.
